We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, just a brief walk to the ski lifts and right in the center of town. The hotel had excellent service and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They remembered our preferences for drinks and food, and even took care of special requests like warm milk for our baby. The food was absolutely amazing, and we were glad we chose the half-board option. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the amenities like free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent condition, very clean. Good facilities, excellent ski room. Helpful staff, particularly on reception. All inclusive food and drink of excellent standard. Great area for families with pool and access to mountain.

Everything was spot on.

the walk to the ski lift was quick and easy. the spacious room boasted fantastic views and separate bathroom and toilet. the service was more than we could have hoped for, and the breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. the ski room provided ample space for all our gear.

The SPA could use some improvements, but overall, it was still a lovely stay.

Had a great Easter experience up in the mountains! The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great range of yoghurts, fruits, cheeses, ham and eggs, as well as freshly baked pastries. The ski lifts were only a short walk away which was helpful and there was a private parking lot. We also took advantage of the charming traditional décor in the hotel.

The drinks were quite expensive during dinner and we did not appreciate the waiter forcing us to sit in a warm, windowless room when we wanted a drink or coffee. the sauna and Turkish bath felt outdated and needed some attention.
